Itchy red lumps

So I woke up today and I'm covered in itchy red lumps, does anyone know what it could be, I can't see a doctor till atleast this evening but it's not guaranteed they can fit me in. They don't show up very well on camera but heres a few pics. I have them on my back, legs, feet, hands, arms, belly, my neck and even my bum.

I did have chicken pox as a child.
