Social services advice

If my partner who isn’t the biological parent of my unborn baby was involved with social services as a youngster, does this mean social services will automatically get involved with my baby? I suffer from mental health which has gotten a lot better over the past few months, and I’m now seeing a CPN to deal with this and my partner suffers from an unknown personality disorder and is on medication, and also sees community mental health nurses. Someone told me my child will automatically be placed on the ‘at risk’ register? Is this true and if so, do social services get involved? I love my baby more than life itself and so does my partner, and were doing our ultimate best to manage our conditions. I’m just so worried that my child will get taken from me because of mental health issues 😢
