Anyone know what I can use on this ? It’s what’s left of An allergic reaction

We have been to the doctor, the doctor told us we need a second opinion from a dermatologist. Still waiting to hear from the dermatologist to make an appointment 😒. It first started 3 weeks ago. It seems he’s allergic to lotions now and baby oil. We were using the same lotion we have used since he was about a month and a half he’s now 5 months. These 2 pictures are of 2 separate times he had a reaction

And it has been a week since he has had a reaction but he’s still pretty red. Here’s today

Any ideas of what I can put on him to help ease the redness?
