Preeclampsia without High BP?

Question

I’m currently 33 weeks 4 days. 
Has anyone been diagnosed with preeclampsia without overly high BP? 
They did a Dipstick Urine rest and I was .2 
Then earlier this week they did a 24 hr. Urinalysis and I was 244. 300 means preeclampsia and it said normal was 35-205.
I’ve had headaches/dizziness and a burning in my right lower rib cage, which I’ve read could be my liver? 
My midwife suggests I drink more water and take a hot bath..I’m just afraid it will progress to preeclampsia fast and not catch it in time. 
Should I give it time to see if any more symptoms occur or worsen? Or go into birth triage?
My BP hasn’t been over 140 though.

I went to triage, and blood pressure was 105/67.
They said my labs came back fine, dipstick test came back fine, and they’re ordering me another 24 urinalysis to bring back Monday. :/ I have no clue on what’s going on.

Also, there’s no 23 hr urine test. It’s 24 hrs. Was that a mistype? I’m just trying to make sure you stay safe! I had high bp with my son and do again and have constantly been doing 24 hr urines and bpps and nsts. Have you done a bpp or nst to make sure Baby is doing ok?

i am in the hospital with preeclampsia. my 24hr urine came back at 327. my bp has never gone above 150s/80s but i have had a headache for a week now. my symptoms seem pretty mild compared to some ive read about but my dr definitely diagnosed me with pre-e. maybe get a second opinion?

A couple of questions: you say your bp has never been over 140. Where and when? Have you always had borderline bp? Or is it normal usually? Are you taking it at home? Have you seen a doc or just the midwife? I’m your situation I’m surprised you weren’t referred to a doc.
Yes, you can have pre-e without high BP. Anything over 120/80 is considered a stage of hypertension so I’m wondering why you were told only over 140 is a problem. 
Go with your gut. If you think you need to be seen go to triage.

I was what they said was pre, pre eclamptic for WEEKS so was told to be hyper vigilant. It was lucky I did in the end as when I got to the assessment unit at 32 weeks my bp was over 200/100, it had been perfectly fine that exact morning. 
My son was born via emergency Caesarean Section within the hour. 
Just keep a watch on any symptoms and continue to get checked if something is off. It's better to be safe, than to think it's a minor symptom and not have it checked. I just felt "off". 
Also, a little known fact is you can get pre e for a number of weeks post birth. My pre e resolved after delivering and then 2.5 weeks later came back, which apparently happens.
