Yes:

👍🏼 it can help the job seekers understand what more to do

👍🏼 gives a job seeker a better understanding of why they didn’t get the job

👍🏼 would make it a more positive experience

No:

👎🏼 timely for the recruiters

👎🏼 can back fire on them, for example “your salary expectations were too high”, id reply saying I’d lower them

👎🏼isn’t their duty
