Unusual discharge. TMI

Please help. today I went to use the restroom, after I was done I wiped and this very very little bit of stringy red stuff was on the toilet paper. it was probably the size of a nickle and kinda like a spider.. it just looked like a clump of really red hairs or something. there was also a white creamy kinda thick discharge with it. I have the thick white discharge typically every month.. I figured it was just normal and due to ovulation. I am 31 been with the same guy for 12 years we have 4 kids total together. I am not on birthcontroll or any medication of any sort. I am pretty healthy. I am just wondering what it could be. I wasnt bleeding there was no other blood so its kind of concerning..
