I haven’t had my period for a few months. I’ve been cramping for the past few weeks. When I wiped earlier, there was very light pink/brown on the toilet paper. Just went to the bathroom again, and when I wiped, there’s a ton of EWCM and brownish/pinkish discharge (blood?) I have an apt for the 15th of this month. What could this be? Period returning, implantation bleeding, etc. (the pictures look very brown but are more pink tinged in person)
