No pre cum will not get you pregnant, it is just a fluid to neutralize the acidic level in the urethra!   however if there was sperm left from the last time the guy ejaculated it could come in contact with the fluid! So if you had sex it is possible to get pregnant due to that! But the penis has to be in the vagina and thrusting in order for the sperm to meet an egg!
