Can I test this early?

Can I test 8dpo? Or will the results not be accurate ?

8dpo is way WAY too early. Wait until you’re late. It doesn’t benefit you in any way to know you’re pregnant before you miss your period. The companies that make these early tests are basically monetizing your anxiety. You’ll make yourself crazy. 
If you wait until you’re late, you’re either going to get a strong positive that you can rely on...or you will get your period without having agonized over wasted negative tests and $$.

I wouldn’t waste a test at 8, but I think anything from 9dpo on is fair game :)
I’ve gotten positives at 9dpo. It’s all just a personal preference on how soon you want to potentially find out and how much $ you are okay with potentially wasting on tests. Good luck & baby dust!

I got my bfp at 8dpo with this baby and at 10 dpo with my daughter. It’s possible but each pregnancy I’ve had very high hcg levels. 
I’d say 12 dpo is a solid bet.

The results are most accurate on the day you expect your period. It is POSSIBLE to get your positive now, but it’s not the norm. 
I would say 10-12 days is more likely. But unless you know FOR SURE when you ovulated (using OPKs) even those days are a guess! I thought I had ovulated at one point and I started testing when I expected my period. I didn’t get my positive until I was 11 days late. My OB thinks I ovulated 10 days later than I thought I did. I guess my body was out of whack that cycle. (I was measuring much earlier on my ultrasound than I should’ve been based on my LMP)

It gets more accurate with time. Depends on the actual test (it'll tell you when it's accurate, some will say the percent accurate too). Just be cautious that it might be wrong if you test so early! Good luck:)
