Normal Test Results...whats next?

So i am 37 years old, overweight, and have been TTC for a year and a half with zero luck.

My husband and I finally went to a fertility specialist and got tests done.

Results:

Sperm analysis is normal

HSG uterus and tubes were normal. No blockage or anything.

FSH test was normal at 7.4 (day 3 of period)

Estradiol was normal at 29 (day 3 of period)

I am also in the middle of losing weight and I am slowly getting there!

So now what? I havent met with my doctor yet to discuss the results in more detail. But I am just curious what might happen next. Has anyone had similar results?
