Spinal headache! 😨😨😨

So I had a c section on January 28th and since then I've been having really bad migraines to the point where I'm crying! I spoke to my Dr about it and she said sounds like i have a spinal headache where there is fluid coming off me from my epidural and caffeine can help it temporary but I have to go to the hospital and get a blood patch done. Anyone else ever go thru this?? please share your experience if it went away by itself or blood patch. This pain is horrible!
