Fertility options?

So, my husband and I have been TTC for 3 years. I have PCOS making it more difficult. I finally got an appointment to talk to an obgyn on the 13th. What fertility options should I ask about? Which ones worked for you? TIA!

I have pcos as well, I was put on metformin and told that I needed to loose weight in order to get pregnant. About 2 months after starting the meds and getting to the gym, and a low carb high protein diet, I got pregnant. I know it’s all different for everybody and what works for me doesn’t work for somebody else. But a healthy diet and exercise is something I believe needs to happen if you have pcos.

I go to my fertility doctor Feb 9 and I'm asking for 100 mg of Clomid and the trigger shot and blood work and ultra sounds to be done .
