Weaning off pacifier

Hi,

My LO is 14 months old and still uses pacifier at nights. I usually feed her milk and later put pacifier on and she falls asleep. During the night once it slips from her mouth, she just sleeps without it. In between if she wakes up she needs a pacifier again to go back to sleep. She is not addicted to it but needs it every now and then at night. I am just concerned if it is ok to use pacifier even at 14 months? I am slowly weaning her off a pacifier during nap time. But nights I am finding it little difficult. Do any of your kids still use pacifier? Can anyone suggest best way to wean baby off pacifier?
