I had it so bad when I was in like middle school-high school. It was so embarrassing lol

I have had it all my life since a child. Now as a grown up it’s become a constant battle. I shy around shaking peoples hands, holding hands with my bf, dancing. I work in the medical field so some times putting on my gloves is such a constant struggle because they won’t go on with my hands wet. In the summer time it’s like a water fall. Its disgusting. My feet also sweat so wearing sandals or heels is practically impossible. I secretly shy away from going to church because of the whole holding hands and the giving peace. I can’t do it. I refuse to go to the nail salon and get my nails done and make the poor Chinese girl uncomfortable with my sweating hands.  😬😭😭😭😭

I do and it's awful, I have to plan so hard my outfit choices even if it is not in the summer - totally disregarding anything grey!

My hands and feet have not been quite as bad as I’ve gotten older, but I will still sweat through ANY shirt in my armpits no matter what deodorant I use. If it’s really bad, I will even sweat through a sweatshirt if it’s tight enough. 😣😓

I don’t personally have it but my boyfriend does have it and I know he gets very annoyed with it

My husband has this but it got better when he started eating better and lost a bit of weight. He says if he thinks about how much he’s sweating it only makes it worse cause it makes him stress

I’ve never been diagnosed by a doctor, but yes I’m pretty sure I do. my feet and hands are always sweating and I pretty
much can only wear black shirts or else I get sweat stains after one wear 🙄🙄

YES!!!!! its gotten especially bad in the past year. i can only wear black shirts and tank tops. my hands are always clammy and i sweat through every shirt i wear- even hoodies. its the absolute worst.
