How long does your baby nap for and how long is your baby up? My son is 14 weeks and still sleeps for two hours and up for one hour and does this until bed time.

My baby is 16 weeks he usually stays awake 1-1 1/2 hr and his naps range from 45min to 2hrs, but usually lasts 1 1/2hr. His last nap tend to be the shorter one.

You are lucky! My girl is 16 weeks on Monday coming and she sleeps extremely well through the night (7:30pm - 6:00am roughly - since 5 weeks) but she literally only naps in my arms through the day. For some reason she hates her cot during the day but is happy to sleep in there of a night 🤷🏼‍♀️. She lasts about 30 minutes max in her cot, but might have an hour in my arms and then is up for about an 1 1/2 - 2 hours before getting sleepy again.

Yeah you’re lucky 😆 our daytime naps only last 30 mins unless she’s with me either on my lap or in the carrier/sling, THEN she could sleep for hours!
