Overwhelmed!!!

Ok everyone so I just found out today that I’m pregnant with my first... I’m completely overwhelmed and have no idea where to go from here 😭so my question is did you make your first prenatal appointment on base with your family doctor or did you go to a dr. off base just trying to figure out which would be best.
