Blood Draw vs. Urine

I have been TTC for 2 months now. I have symptoms of pregnancy. My period was not normal and was only 3 days followed by brown discharge. I took an at home test it had a VVVVFL. So then when I scheduled blood work it came back I was 0.1 on my HCG panel. I don’t understand. Can someone please help!
