so guys I need help. since I had my daughter 5 months ago I can't use tampons. it hurts to use them at all. even the regular/light ones. and I hate wearing pads the feeling of blood just oozing out whenever and just sitting in my own blood is just so gross to me. ive been dealing with pads cuz I cant use tampons but its so gross. I also refuse to free bleed because 1) that's nasty and 2) I bleed way to much for that. can anyone suggest something else I can use for my period?
