So my cycle has been very regular for the past year and a half but for some reason this period is very weird. It started 2 days ago (on time) but it was just very light spotting those two days with almost no cramps, which is abnormal because usually it starts right off heavy, I've never spotted before, then last night at the end of day 2 I got the most god awful cramps that made me pass out and throw up from pain. I used to get bad periods all the time but not since I started taking the pill about 5 years ago. Ive been off the pill for about 2 years but my period has been continuously the same since then and my cramps have not been this bad since before starting it. Does anyone know why this would happen?
