just stopped taking BC, spotting normal?
I stopped taking birth control for the first time in almost 5 years. I had a very irregular cycle before and worried that would come back once I stopped taking BC. I'm on cycle day 17 and have had brown spotting. is this normal or is my fears of the irregular cycle coming back?
update: changed from wearing a liner all day, to a pad now. I am worried/discouraged/frustrated
