prayers needed

please pray! I just had a miscarriage at 7 weeks pregnant. we had been ttc for over a year for our first and now we lost the baby. it even hurts more because my bff got pregnant in the first month trying and her and I were due with our first two weeks apart. now I have to tell her that i had a miscarriage. i am in my ,30s and want a lot of children and I am concerned that since I had one miscarriage I am more likely to have more in the future. also I'm concerned people are going to ask me when I am going to try to start having children and I am afraid I am just going to break down in tears. thanks again for listening and praying.
