TMI TMI TMI TMI!!!!!

I have PCOS and very unpredictable periods. I’m currently not on any medication. Up until December, I hadn’t had a period for 5 months. Now I have been bleeding since December 12. Mostly light to medium flow with the occasional heavy day. But today this came out attached to my tampon that I had only had in for about an hour. Wtf?! I’ve had clots before but never anything like this. Maybe part of my lining? My husband and I had some pretty phenomenal sex last night so maybe that’s a factor? What do y’all think?
