Effing cramps!
My cycle is normal 100% but these cramps. Ugh. I could take a bottle of Midol and still be in misery, at least for the first two days. My cramps are worse when I wear tampons. I have no tolerance for pads. I wear panty liners every day of my period, just Incase there’s some leakage. But I have been thinking about using menstrual cups. What do you ladies recommend? TIA!
