Carpal Tunnel
Anyone else experience carpal tunnel in the third trimester? Mine started about 35 weeks, I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow. It seems to get worse each night. And it used to only bother me at night but it's been bothering me during the day too. It's been really bad today. My hands are constantly tingly and numb. I've already tried the wrist brace which didn't help. Anyone have any other tips for relief??
