HELP what do I do? 24 weeks.

Question

For the last 4 days ive felt like I have the flu but I have Zero flu symptoms. ( NO: weird bathroom business, sore throat, runny nose, nausea or coughing ect.) baby is kicking just fine. No pain. 
I feel like I’ve had a fever  BUT every time I check my temp has been normal 97.9-98.1. My pulse is normal. I feel really weak, cognitively fuzzy,  minor headache and extremely tired. 
 What is going on ??

Honestly? You're pregnant. Those are all things we "get" to deal with lol. Get some rest and stay hydrated. Dont over do it.

You probably have a cold. I’m just now getting over one. Increase your fluids and get lots of rest - you can use Benadryl and Tylenol, sudafed if blood pressure isn’t an issue. It’s probably viral and will go away on its own.

Its just how it works I think sweetie.. try to relax and if you want some peace of mind see your doctor.. I've had back ache .. shooting pains ... fuzzy eye sight fatigue it's just part of the parcel .. but the kicking is reassuring 😊

it sounds like your iron is low. it's normal in the second semester, our blood volume doubles around then and it's hard for our bodies to keep up. Take a supplement daily and get our blood checked out.

I thought I was getting a sinus infection because my nose was congested and my face hurt. Something I get every year. Very warm and so tired I could barely do anything at work. Slight cough. Called my OB to see what my best options were about meds and she said she really wanted me to go to my regular doctor and get flu tested just to be on the safe side. My doctor was skeptical (as was I, I get sinus infections every year, I know what they feel like). Did a flu swab and it came back positive for influenza A. All my doctors think that the flu shot just dulled down the symptoms so if you feel weird, maybe just get tested. If they don’t catch it in the first 48 hours, they can’t do anything about it and you just have to stick it out until it’s gone. Doesn’t hurt to just get tested.

It is very possible it is a virus.  My husband had it after Thanksgiving.  He thought he had a fever because he had the chills and body aches...but no fever.
