Cramping and burning nipples - 9 days til AF

So I’ve got some off and on cramping and my nipples are on FIRE! No idea when I O’d, although CD 14 was Jan 29. Just coming off BC so trying to figure it all out. Is it too early for the cramping and burning nipples to indicate pregnancy? Thanks in advance! ❤️
