Newborn and 2 year old- stroller?

Ok so we are having baby girl #2 in June and our first daughter is turning 2 a month later. My daughter has been walking since 11 months old and is extremely active/busy. She has never been one to sit or liked being contained but we use our stroller often when we are out to keep things under control. I am so torn on whether or not we need a double stroller?! Either way I want a new stroller for the new baby because I didn’t like the one we got for baby #1. I am willing to buy a pricey one because I learned the hard way the first time. So double stroller? Or no? And what if my older child doesn’t end up liking it ...I don’t want my newborn to be using a double stroller just for her. Advice?
