pink spotting

Ok, so here’s the juice. I have birth control in place and I’ve had it about two years now and my periods have always been regular. My husband and I don’t use any other form of BC because why would we amirite? Anywho on the 1st I noticed a little blood when I woke up one morning so I popped my cup in and wet about my day, went to check it about 4 hours later and NOTHING! So I just assumed I jumped the gun because I wasn’t due until the 2nd anyways. Second rolls around and again NOTHING!!! Not even the tinge of pink that I get right before Mother Nature wrecks my uterus for 7 days. Attempting not to panic I wait diligently today for my period to start and again she’s no where to be found. So at this point, do y’all think I should test myself? I have a non hormonal copper iud in place and I’m scared of eptopic pregnancy or potentially harming my baby if I wait too long. I was in panic mode today and took one but it was negative,
