Tender Breasts... Back Pain... Symptoms?!

I believe condom leaked a significant amount on 1/21. Around 1 week later I started having extremely sore breasts, lower back pain, and I’m breaking out really bad when normally my skin is clear. For about 2 days I also had a red/brown hue when wiping. I was on BC but missed 3 pills the weekend of the 21st. My symptoms have lasted since then (over a week now). The app now says I’m approx 5 days from my period. I thought maybe these symptoms were because my period was coming - but the only weird thing is that normally I never have any other symptom than cramping on/before my period. Never sore breasts and right now they’re almost unbearable. Any pressure anywhere on them is uncomfortable. What do you think? We were not trying but I would be so happy if we were pregnant. 💓
