I have been off BC for a year and some change now .. my last period was Jan 6 .. my ovulation day was the 23rd .. so I’m about 12 DPO i tested the 27 but got a negative i think it was to early to test .. symptoms i been having is very very sore breast/nipples nausea & pooping/ peeing & a lot of in middle of the night because of my bc my periods weren’t regular last year and i was having 2 AF a month Jan i only had one & Af Is due on the 6th what should i do ??

Btw I’m new to this app just been looking at other ppls post & tracking my Af ..
