Do you do kegels?
As I'm getting older I'm staring to notice some difference down there 😢 do you guys do kegels? Do you have any tips? Do you use kegel balls or yoni eggs? I read a lot about it but I would like to hear personal opinions. Thank you!!!!! 😘
