Caesar dressing while pregnant?

So I ate a chicken Caesar wrap from a restaurant today, not even thinking that I shouldn’t be eating Caesar dressing.  Is this much concern?  Who else is eating Caesar salads?

commercial restaurants don't use raw egg.  truthfully most Caesar salad dressings don't.   the only reason they say to avoid raw stuff is because of food poisoning.  if you haven't got sick in 24 you will be fine.
