Slim fast shakes??

Do slim fast meal replacement shakes fill you up?? Thinking about trying them as I over eat on rubbish stuff. Or any other types of meal replacement shakes?

How about a healthy diet? Those shakes may fill you up and work for some time but they are no long term solution, so you will bounce back to your current weight or more (I’ve seen it a few times) and honestly they are no replacement for healthy eating and exercise. Those companies are making money selling people some wonder solutions to their problems they actually don’t need and that don’t work in the long run! And yes I know it’s hard, but where there’s a will there’s a way, and you’ll feel better and healthier and stronger if you just change your diet and try to do some exercise! I know what I’m talking about😉 currently almost 28 weeks pregnant so not looking like that anymore but damn I’m excited to work my way back there!

I’ve been drinking the shake for about 2 weeks I’ve been replacing 2 meals with a shake and having dinner with the rest of my calories for the day. If I get hungry I have a slim fast snack they are 100 calories each. I’ve lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks. I’ve also been drinking 74oz of water a day.

They do NOT fill you up. I repeat NOT !! I just eat 1500 calories a day as you would on the Slimfast diet eating a 500 calorie meal, 2 shakes and 3 snakes. EXCEPT you will actually not feel like your starving. Just eat healthy and track your calories... I lost 10lbs the month of January. While working out with 8fit every night !

I started using them two weeks ago and I’m down 8lbs. I get the high protein ones vs the regular ones, they don’t tastes as good but have so much less sugars and carbs vs original slim fast and 20g protein per serving. I drink one for breakfast and one for dinner, eat two 200ish calorie snacks and then a huge salad for lunch with tons of protein

I have used slim fast meal replacement shakes, worked out ok for me for a cheap fix to feel “full” for a little bit. If you want something better, I would try idealshakes. Great flavors and affordable plans. Bar are also good to snack on.
