You may have vaginismus! I had that. Go see your doctor! They will be able to help you. 😘 Do you have troubles inserting a tampon? Sometimes if you “bare down” (like when you fart, sorry tmi) that helps your muscles relax while he inserts. Try and see! Otherwise I went to my doctor, did about a month of physical therapy (not as bad as it sounds) and now I’m good to go!😍
