Nexplanon pain

Not actually sure where to post this so I'm sorry if I'm putting this in the wrong spot, I can't tell. I got my nexplanon inserted 4 days ago and I'm still experiencing such a harsh stinging pain that I cannot take my pressure bandage off without feeling like my arm is being torn apart. Has anyone else had such an issue? Should I visit my doctor? I'm getting worried that I may have gotten nerve damage or something- I haven't been able to find anyone who hasn't even been able to remove their pressure bandage. Any responses at all are appreciated, thank you
