First day of last menstrual cycle was Dec 31, 2017. Husband and I had sex Jan 13 (my app says I was ovulating) and Jan 27. I have not been very consistent with my birth control (ortho evra patch) - missed a week here and there or would leave on longer than suppose to. Was put on antibiotics for a week at the end of January (I’ve heard that sometimes antibiotics mess with birth controls). Still no period as of this morning... When should I take an at home pregnancy test? I am also scheduled for my annual gyn appointment on Feb 21. Opinions?

Update - took a HPT on my lunch break and no second line. 😕 Guess I will wait a few days and retest if I don’t get my period before then.
