Anxiety

I’m pregnant with my second baby and I’m am just so anxious this go around! Mostly because I’ve read and researched during my first pregnancy so now I think I know too much. I have had my first appointment and first scan where we saw the heartbeat at 6 weeks 5 days and baby measured perfectly from my last cycle. I’m just so worried about my next appointment! If something were to happen there would be signs right? It’s not like I would go to the doctor and get another scan and something would be wrong???
