Is there anyone on here who is a social worker or works with the law that can tell me what I can do legally to get my 8 year old brother away from my mom I'm in foster care because of my mom I'm only 16 but they only took my little brother for 3 nights and I know my mom is still on drugs but I can't get anyone to listen to me because they say she's passing her drug tests the only reason she's passing them is cause she's having someone else pee for her and she's taking it with her in a clean medicine bottle but yet I still can't get nobody to listen my little brother wont say nothing even though he knows what goes on because he seen me get bad hurt when I was trying to get myself away from her and I'm curious what do I have to do to get him away from her since he wont say anything?
