I made it 😭
37 weeks tomorrow • I made it, this was our goal. I can't believe it, weeks ago I was diagnosed with gestational hypertension and they swore I wouldn't make it this far but im so thankful that we did. this past month has challenged me in so many different ways. i can't believe we are in the final week before meeting the boy we have prayed and waited for, for 18 months💙💙
