idk anymore

so i’m very confused because i can’t really tell if i’m pregnant or not because i’m having lower belly pain not severe but it hurts and my back hurts a little too but i’m very bloated and i’ve been getting sick a lot and i can’t really keep anything down and the smell of food makes me feel nauseous but i also have to pee a lot but when i do it doesn’t hurt right away it’s when i’m finishing it starts burning or it’s some kind of pain i don’t know what happening could someone please help?!?
