Poo not passed and also showing dehydration symptoms
My baby girl completed 3months yesterday 😍...here now am worried abt her poo she didn’t pass motion frm 4days ...not sure what to do ...and from yesterday I see the quantity of her urine reduced...I live in a place where humidity is more now so it may be due to dehydration ...how do I take care of her
