Marking bags of milk
How do you ladies mark bags of milk that may cause changes in baby?? For example I was on antibiotics for 10 days so I wrote clinda on them. Last night I ate a bunch of spicy foods (darn Superbowl party) and today my lo has been spitting up a storm so I will put spicy on the bag from this morning. Just wondering how you are doing it
