milk per day??

How much milk you give your 19 month old drink a day? I am still nursing on demand but also provide almond milk. I usually give him 16 oz . But since return to work part time , my mother in law being give him a extra sippy cup of almond milk . So I will fill up one sippy cup before leaving for work (10 oz) . I work 4 hours. By time I return home he had another 10 oz sippy cup of almond milk.
