First month of our workout plan slow progress is still progress right?
Only 90 lbs left to lose!
Keeping this anonymous so...
Update: We are doing at least 30 minutes of cardio 5x a week, then 4-6 different exercise for each body group
ex. Today we did 30 minutes of biking, then 6 ab workout exercises.
each exercise we do 3 reps of 10
For diet we are focusing on limiting carb and fat intake and focusing on protein intake. Most weekdays I do fruit for breakfast, a salad for lunch, then chicken or fish for dinner.
We use the My Fitness Pal app to keep us honest and to see our nutrient intake.
