More milk tea?

Please do not take boosters, such as teas or anything said to increase milk supply. This is proven to cause further problems and cause your body to actually make less in the long run. Your body was created to breastfeed, the only known thing to increase milk supply is keep baby at breast at much as possible, you have to move milk to make milk, which means the more baby eats it signals your body to create more. Boosters have been known to make baby gassy.  Best of luck, but I would not personally recommend anything. Breastfeeding has been around for ages and is a natural process and teas and other boosters did not exist back then. Trust your body momma... you got this:)

search for lactation cookies. It helped with my baby last year, and my hubby has already purchased the ingredients to make me some after this one comes (hopefully in the next week or so lol). they're so yummy!!

Gatorade flow is supposed to help. Mamas milk tea with red raspberry leaf tea in it. Lactation cookie recipe (trying to find brewers yeast). Breastfeeding and possibly pumping often will get your supply up as well.
