When did you start a nap schedule with baby?

Hi! First time mom here! I have a 7 week old and I'm wondering when you mommas started a routine of putting your newborn down & at what time? I'm a stay at home mom taking online courses this semester for college so anytime works for me. My little one is usually up by 7, takes a little nap around 9 after she nurses them another longer nap around 12. I know all babies are different but I would just really love to hear your stories and advice! Thanks so much in advance!:)

I always start the day at 730 and let her nap and eat as she pleases. The end of the day usually ends around 6:30-7:30 depending on when she’s napped during the day. For the most part, I follow a sleep, eat, play.

I don’t so much use a routine with strict times but I put my girl down as soon as I begin to see tired signs which for her are: rubbing her eyes, yawning, staring off into space. When she was about 7 weeks this would probably be at about 45 mins - 1 hour after waking up. She then learnt to go to sleep in her bed and would nap usually for a good 1.5 hours or so and then just keep going from there

We’re 20 weeks in and still dont have a nap schedule 😂😂 we just have a bedtime routine.
