Every other - I figure it’s best to make sure you do on The day with the highest percentage chance then arrange your schedule around that 😂

My sex drive is so intense during the fertile window I could do it several times a day every day. But, to give my husband some rest, we take some time off in between and kind of go with his flow. 
Been trying for 7 months. Next cycle we will be going every other day to see what happens before talking about fertility meds.
