TTC and Zika Virus
Went to our preconception appointment today. Mostly left excited except...
We are going on a belated honeymoon in August. It’s a cruise with 4 stops. 3/4 of our stops are on the high risk Zika virus list per the CDC.
So the doctor said that it is recommended that TTC gets put on hold for 6 months after returning. I’m so devastated. We wanted to start our TTC during July or August.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Anyone NOT follow the 6 month “rule”?
