Light pink discharge at 31 weeks

So I just went to the bathroom and, tmi, I pooped and peed and when I wiped I noticed a very very faint light pink color on the toilet paper. I wiped just the front again to see if that was where it was coming from and the toilet paper came back slightly pink again. From what I’ve read it sounds like it’s just from an irritated cervix. The baby has been moving all day and the discharge only happened when I went to the bathroom (there was none on my underwear or anything). So until I call my doctor in the morning, I was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen? Is it anything to worry about?
