getting baby warm

i need some help, my son is six months old and no matter what i do he wakes up and his arms and hands are like ice and purpleish color.... i have tried long sleeve shirts, long sleeve plus his swaddler which his arms in, and all that plus wrapping him in a fleece heavy blanket...please dont say baby shouldnt have blanket because he has been a blanket baby since day one loving anything soft... also our house is kept at 72 degrees idk what to do... his oxygen level is fine that not why he purple...i have a child with heary defect so i know and can test it.
